Job Description As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with customers to assist with their inquiries. Representing our company, you should possess a vibrant and responsible character and be able to work in shifts. Your Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers in their designated language. Maintain a high standard of quality, with attention to detail and accuracy. Provide an outstanding client experience and resolve issues on first contact. Resolve product and service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying the origin of issues, explaining solutions, and following up. Respond to inquiries via Webchat, Email, and Phone promptly and professionally. Escalate requests when necessary. Investigate player issues thoroughly. Promote a “Safer Gaming” philosophy. Stay up-to-date on rules, processes, and licensing requirements. Contribute to team efforts by achieving set results. Engage customers proactively and go above and beyond. Participate in onboarding programs. What We Are Looking For Native or fluent in German. Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided. Strong communication and active listening skills. Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to diverse characters. Proficiency in computer use and touch typing. Ability to perform under pressure.
