Our client is a high-standard construction company seeking a professional to act as a Junior Civil Engineer at the beginning of their career, who wants to grow and develop with the company. Activities: Support the review of executive projects and compatibilizations; Monitor and update budgets and schedules; Control inventory at construction sites; Generate reports on activities and service verifications; Conduct surveys, request, monitor, and collaborate in procurement and contracting processes; Evaluate suppliers and service providers and oversee service delivery; Assist in supervising field activities (structure, masonry, finishes, installations, etc.); Monitor safety and documentation of service providers; Prepare progress reports and technical support for teams; Analyze and track reports using Sienge; Maintain relationships with material and service partners to ensure smooth project delivery; Monitor and demonstrate project progress to clients and brokers, according to company needs. Requirements: Complete higher education in Civil Engineering; Experience in vertical works of 15 floors; Basic knowledge in reading projects and executing vertical structures; Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project (or similar); Desirable knowledge of Sienge system; Desirable knowledge in reinforced concrete structures; Availability for PJ contract; Good communication skills; Teamwork ability; Proactivity; Willingness to learn; Responsibility; Professional ethics; Analytical skills; Organizational skills.
