Responsibilities and Duties Interact with focal points (Assistants) and Managers at the Distribution Center (supporting HR policies and weekly schedules); Coordinate with BPS; Support ex-associates; Organize documents; Manage timekeeping (REPs, Bobinas, technical team); Guide and monitor daily time management; Handle support tickets via JIRA; Handle support tickets via HelpMe – TM; Guide candidates during onboarding; Monitor onboarding status via platform; Coordinate with TMF and Managers during onboarding; Support vacation scheduling and management; Assist with offboarding processes and follow-up with TMF. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; Knowledge of time management processes; Understanding of labor legislation; Intermediate Excel skills; Knowledge of Ponto Norber is a plus; Organized with good communication skills.
