Maintenance Fitter

We’re on the hunt for a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and dynamic team within the wine industry. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work on a variety of equipment, contribute to key capital projects, and be part of a proactive maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out construction, repairs, and maintenance of site plant and equipment Complete mechanical maintenance tasks within set timeframes Operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure smooth production Support the installation of new machinery and capital works projects Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the workshop Implement and support preventative maintenance programs Provide diagnostics and troubleshooting to maintain quality standards Suggest and implement improvements to plant efficiency and reliability Build effective relationships with internal teams (Cellar, Packaging, Warehouse) Support compliance with all Food Safety, WHS and Quality procedures Perform other general duties as required About You: Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team Effective communicator who can liaise confidently across departments Safety-focused with a commitment to quality standards If you’re hands-on, reliable and enjoy a varied and challenging role — we want to hear from you.
