Job Description

What will you do? We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and providing excellent customer support. How will you do it? Accurately enter and process customer orders through relevant systems. Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers about their orders. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues. Monitor order status and manage backorders effectively. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
