We’re looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide outstanding support to our global merchant community. What You’ll Do: You’ll be the go-to person for handling merchant inquiries on our platform, ensuring their concerns are addressed with efficiency and care. Resolve merchant issues while maintaining a high inquiry satisfaction rate and strong resolution metrics. Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve our support processes and service quality. Collaborate across departments to solve complex cases, bringing a customer-first approach to everything you do. Support performance goals by maintaining a strong quality inspection pass rate and helping identify trends behind recurring issues. ✅ What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who combines a strong sense of service with sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. A Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 1 year of experience in cross-border e-commerce customer service, with a solid understanding of e-commerce business operations. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (fluency in Chinese is a plus). Resilience under pressure and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment. Analytical thinking to identify patterns and resolve root causes—not just symptoms. A meticulous work ethic and a passion for delivering great service.
