About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. As a Finance Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial health and strategy of our organization. What you do Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and market demands. Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and strategies. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting. Conduct financial analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions and ensure market relevance. Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives. What you bring Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in a corporate setting. Excellent understanding of financial regulations, standards, and market dynamics. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Temporary contract until December
