Executive Assistant to the General Manager (D2C Fashion Brand)

YOUR ROLE We’re looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our General Manager in a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of our growing fashion start-up. Based in our Barcelona office , this is more than a support role — it’s a launchpad for someone ready to take ownership of strategic projects and grow with the company. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, managing calendars, travel, and communications Take initiative on process improvements and help shape the company’s internal workflows. You will be a crucial part of SANVT's internal project management system! Assist with financial reporting, budget tracking, and analytical tasks (yes, numbers should excite you ) Collaborate across teams — from product development to marketing and logistics Prepare presentations, meeting summaries, and strategic reports for internal and external use Run and support strategic projects — from wholesale expansion to marketplace operations and retail pilots WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience , ideally in a fast-paced or start-up environment Background in business, finance, economics, or a related field Strong analytical and numerical skills , with an eye for detail Fluent/ native-level English (a must); German a strong plus; French a nice-to-have Solid accounting and Excel/Google Sheets skills A strategic mindset — someone who’s curious, resourceful, and not afraid to challenge the status quo Passionate about fashion, product, and building something from the ground up Comfortable with ambiguity and quick pivots — this is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment WHAT WE OFFER: A fast-growing fashion start-up with a purpose A central role in a marketing, design- and quality-driven fashion brand Direct collaboration with the founder/General Manager Flat hierarchies, real ownership, and exposure to all parts of the business A smart, passionate team that values quality, simplicity, and sustainability Office based in Gracia (Barcelona), with flexible hours and 1 remote day per week Up to 4 weeks per year remote Competitive salary based on experience Employee discount Diverse, international team At SANVT, we’re committed to building an inclusive workplace that reflects the diverse world we live in.
