Job Description Job Description The Atlantic Group has partnered with a law firm in the New York City area. They have an immediate need for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. Summary: Searching for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the main partner. This person should have the attitude no task is too big or too small. This person also must have strong attention to detail. Schedule: This position is in the office full time. Hours are 9:00-5:30pm. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Experience working in the legal industry. - Administrative/secretarial experience required. -Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. -Ability to keep information organized and confidential. -Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
