Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience at an automotive shop Strong understanding of the service inspection process Mechanical and troubleshooting skills Basic computer competencies Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications Paid training is provided to further your career, along with continued education through manufacturer hands-on and web-based training Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities As a Quick Lane Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive services, including but not limited to brakes, alignments, tune-ups, minor engine repairs, and suspension work In this position, you will be expected to complete vehicle check-up report cards accurately, ensure proper torque of lug nuts using a torque wrench, inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary, and identify all vehicle needs of safety concern along with recommended maintenance You will also be responsible for returning all vehicles to customers in a clean condition and providing excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first Complete vehicle check-up report cards accurately Ensure proper torque of lug nuts using a torque wrench Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary Identify all vehicle needs of safety concern and recommended maintenance Return all vehicles to customers clean Provide excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first We are an equal opportunity employer.
