Job Type: Part Time- 2-3 day office/Remote with possibility of full time Work Location: Hybrid Job description: -Work environment is an in-office location. - Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the field of litigation Pay rate: $90- $120/hr - open to negotiation
