Parts Advisor

Agricultural Parts Advisor Location: Hull Area Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum Your New Company My client is seeking a permanent, full-time Agricultural Parts Advisor to join our growing team in the Hull area. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role, working with leading Agricultural machinery manufacturers in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are key. Role Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer care to both trade and retail clients Identify, source, order, and supply a wide range of agricultural machinery parts Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person Use internal and external systems confidently for order processing and stock management Assist with inventory control, including stock checks, reordering, and warehouse organisation Inspect parts on arrival to ensure correct quantity and condition Support housekeeping within the parts department Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of modern Agricultural Equipment or Agricultural Industry Experience Confident computer user (Word, Excel, Outlook essential) Previous experience with dealer management systems preferred Full UK driving licence required Telehandler or forklift licence desirable, but not essential Preferred Backgrounds: While experience in the agricultural sector is ideal, we also welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in: Plant machinery Commercial vehicles Parts departments or customer service roles within technical industries What My Client Offers: Competitive salary package Regular overtime opportunities (particularly during harvest periods) Manufacturer-led training and structured professional development Company uniform and PPE provided
