Demand Planner

Role: Demand Planner Location: London - 3 days in the office Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 We’re excited to be supporting an exciting design-led skincare brand on their search for a Demand Planner, to join their dynamic EMEA Supply Chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take ownership of demand forecasting across multiple channels and markets in a fast-growing, values-led business. About the role: Lead the demand planning process and create short, medium and long-term forecasts (up to 24 month horizon) for a portfolio of SKUs, as well as NPD launches and promotional activity. Play a key part in monthly S&OP reviews, aligning with Marketing, Finance, Retail, and Global Planning functions. Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and assumptions behind forecast changes. Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and contribute to ongoing process improvements. About you: 3 years of experience in demand planning (ideally within FMCG/retail/beauty industries) Strong communication skills with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical, detail-focused and commercially aware Able to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
