Provide legal support for various commercial transactions and initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Stay updated on relevant legal developments within the Sports and Media sectors. Support the team with any other commercial legal tasks as required. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): To succeed in this role, you will need: A qualified lawyer with experience in commercial law. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in the Sports/Media sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Previous interim or contract roles in a similar environment. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting the Sports and Media industries. Experience advising on sponsorship and technology agreements.
