In-House Legal Solutions Solicitor - with experience in non contentious matters e,g. Corporate, Commercial Contracts or Employment Law Location: Cambridge (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office) | Full-time, Permanent | Qualified Solicitor Are you a qualified solicitor with a passion for technology and a desire to shape the future of legal service delivery? The Role You'll act as the bridge between global legal teams and internal AI/product specialists. Your mission? To ensure that advanced technology tools truly solve real-world legal problems. You’ll: Partner with AI, product, and engineering teams to develop and enhance legal tech solutions Lead client-facing legal workshops and advisory sessions with major international businesses Provide legal insight into product features, workflows, and use cases Champion best practices in legal technology adoption and implementation Play a key role in client onboarding, feedback, and long-term relationship management Candidate Requirements UK qualified Solicitor with 2 years' plus PQE, with a background and experience in non contentious matters, ideally in commercial contracts/agreements, corporate, M&A or employment law. Strong academic background Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences Curious, adaptable, and excited about the future of legal work Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment Tech-savvy or eager to learn, especially in AI, automation, and legal software Have a passion and genuine interest in legal technology Why This Role?
