We are a small, passionate team dedicated to developing cutting-edge cell and biological therapies for both animal and human health. Our facilities include both research and GMP-compliant manufacturing laboratories, with recent investment in state-of-the-art cleanroom infrastructure. About the Role We are seeking a full-time Laboratory Technician to support the daily operations of our research and GMP manufacturing facilities. This is a varied and hands-on role within a fast-paced biotech environment. Training will be provided in GMP procedures and quality-controlled laboratory practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable and transferable skills in the life sciences and biomanufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and procedures Perform GMP cleanroom cleaning and routine maintenance Conduct environmental monitoring and record-keeping Monitor stock levels and manage laboratory consumables and reagents Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment Assist with laboratory quality control and documentation Support research and manufacturing processes as required Candidate Profile We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will: Be self-motivated and reliable Have strong communication and organisational skills Possess excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Be adaptable and able to work independently when needed Be comfortable working in both laboratory and cleanroom environments Note: Due to limited public transport, candidates based locally or with access to a car are preferred. Working Environment Our facility includes modern laboratories, office space, and a warehouse housing two newly installed cleanrooms. The successful candidate will work across various areas, including R&D labs, GMP cleanrooms, and office spaces.
