Business Performance Analyst

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a big household name who are looking for a full-time Marketing Data & Business Performance Consultant for an assignment until the end of 2025, offering remote working! Key Responsibilities: Evaluate data quality, manage supplier performance, and support strategic decision-making for ongoing and future initiatives. Align regional and global teams on shared data objectives, product enhancements, and roadmap integration. Pilot new methodologies and technologies in performance data, helping reshape how data is collected, interpreted, and activated. Drive awareness and user adoption of updated data products across regional business units and commercial stakeholders. Assist with business planning, including budgeting, subscriptions, and purchase orders Requirements Strong leadership and project ownership. Understanding of syndicated data sources such as retail measurement and consumer panel Comfortable working in agile environments, managing shifting priorities and evolving project requirements. Skilled in data storytelling, stakeholder communication, and change management across all seniority levels. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
