Description Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth work-flow. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements. Book some travel when required Arrange office social events Support the HR Director in a generalist capacity but with an emphasis on Employer Relations Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulations. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. Act as a point of contact for staff queries and office-related concerns. Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.Profile A successful Office Manager/HR should have: Previous experience in office management and HR functions, preferably from a corporate environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in HR systems and office software. An understanding of employment regulations and best practices.
