As a Quotes Administrator, you'll liaise with customers to understand their product needs, prepare accurate quotations, to convert into sales orders. An exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with other internal departments to support the end-to-end quoting process. Job Title: Quotes Administrator Location: Wokingham Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum Type: Permanent, Full-time Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals Liaise with suppliers for pricing and review quote requests Maintain CRM records and manage quotation workflows Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Analyse customer data and report on SLA/KPI progress Support sales team operations and attend team meetings Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitors Identify upselling opportunities and assist in process improvements Maintain documentation and provide regular performance reportsSkills and Experience: Strong systems user with Microsoft Excel proficiency Background in customer service or sales administration Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, numeracy, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks Able to explain technical details to varied audiencesHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
