Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temp to Perm) Location: Bristol Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent Skilled Careers are recruitng for a growing fire and electrical services company, providing essential compliance and safety solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our team is committed to delivering reliable service with integrity and professionalism. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. The Role: As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our daily office operations, supporting both the fire safety and electrical teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to management and field teams Schedule and coordinate appointments, jobs, and inspections Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Maintain and update job tracking systems and client databases Prepare documentation, reports, and certificates as needed Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors Ensure compliance records and documentation are up-to-date Requirements: Proven experience in an admin role (trade or service industry experience a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.) Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize Positive attitude and a team-player mentality Benefits: Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for long-term growth Supportive and professional work environment Training provided on industry-specific systems and processes Opportunity to join a company that values safety, service, and teamwork
