Interim FP&A Consultant

Robert Half is partnering with an ambitious, PE-backed organisation in the East Midlands to appoint an Interim FP&A Consultant. This six-month role will play a critical part in delivering insight and shaping decision-making during a period of rapid growth. About the Role As FP&A Consultant, you'll lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide commercial insight to the leadership team, and drive improvements in planning and analysis. The business is on an exciting journey, and you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one. Key Responsibilities Lead budget and forecast processes across the Group Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making Analyse performance against budget and KPIs Partner with stakeholders to challenge assumptions Create dashboards and reports for Exec and PE stakeholders We're Looking For An experienced FP&A professional with a commercial mindset and hands-on approach. CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Background in FP&A and business partnering Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience Confident presenting to senior stakeholders What's on Offer Competitive Day Rate 6-month contract with scope to extend or go permanent Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office Involvement in high-impact projects Make your mark in a business with ambitious plans and strong investor backing.
