Finance assistant

Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Finance Assistant Location: Pershore Working Hours: 2-3 Days per Week (Flexible on days) Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £13 per hour About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team based in Pershore on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with prior finance or accounts experience looking for part-time hours across two days per week. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales invoices Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with credit control and following up on outstanding payments Supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports Assisting with payroll processing (if applicable) Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets General administrative tasks to support the finance team Key Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant role Knowledge of accounting software- Sage preferred Good understanding of Excel and general IT systems Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills
