Senior Legal Counsel – Real Estate Location: Lancashire Hours: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 Bonus Incentive A leading and fast-growing organisation is seeking a commercially astute Senior Legal Counsel – Real Estate to join its dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to take on a broad and impactful role, with a strong focus on real estate matters and exposure to wider corporate legal work. About the Role: You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across departments, providing clear, commercial legal advice on property transactions and related corporate matters. You’ll be involved in cross-functional projects, conduct detailed property due diligence, draft and negotiate real estate agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property due diligence and draft detailed reports Draft and negotiate leases, licenses, agreements for lease/sale, transfers, and easements Provide legal support across departments and mentor junior team members Collaborate with the Utilities/EV team on property-related matters Manage external legal counsel and support broader commercial and corporate legal work Assist with data protection queries alongside the external DPO What We’re Looking For: 4-5 years PQE minimum Strong experience in title due diligence and real estate documentation In-house experience is a plus but not essential Confident communicator with a commercial mindset Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary of £65,000 – £75,000 Bonus Incentive Scheme Up to 15% discount at major food and retail brands Flexible working hours (8am–10am start) Free on-site parking On-site café and prayer facilities Life insurance, legal assistance, and employee wellbeing support Learning and development opportunities Salary sacrifice pension scheme
