Data Analytics Manager – 9-Month FTC London/Oxford - Hybrid, 1 Day in Office About the Company A global collection of luxury retail destinations across Europe and Asia, offering a curated open-air shopping experience with premium brands at reduced prices. The UK-based location is one of the country’s top attractions, providing a full retail and lifestyle experience for international visitors and shoppers. The Role This is a 9-month maternity cover starting mid-June to July, reporting to the Head of Analytics and Data Projects. The role is central to supporting decision-making across multiple business areas, working closely with teams across Europe. Key responsibilities include: Analysing large, varied datasets across retail, membership, tourism, and market insights Delivering strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders Managing multiple analytics projects to drive data-led decisions across retail, marketing, and business functions Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights Providing project management and commercial impact analysis No hands-on coding required, technical teams manage data builds Ideal Candidate Experience in large, fast-paced, matrixed environments (not suited to candidates from small businesses or consultancies) Strong stakeholder management skills, working across international markets Expertise in handling complex, multi-source data Confident presenter with a strategic, commercially aware mindset Retail, FMCG, or luxury sector experience preferred Background in managing or coordinating external agencies is beneficial Power BI familiarity helpful but not essential This is a strategic, high-visibility role in a globally recognized luxury retail company, offering the opportunity to drive analytics-led business decisions in a dynamic environment.
