Coordinate repairs, refurbishments, and routine maintenance activities. Monitor budgets related to property management and allocate resources effectively. Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of property maintenance schedules and compliance checks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements.Profile A successful Facilities Manager should have: Relevant experience in property or facilities management, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
