Your Role: As an Import Air Freight Operations Specialist, you will: Manage and coordinate import air freight shipments from origin to final delivery. Handle customs documentation and ensure full compliance with Dutch and EU import regulations. Liaise with carriers, airlines, and agents to plan shipments and resolve any operational challenges. Monitor shipments through logistics platforms and ensure proactive updates. Cooperate with customs authorities to streamline clearance procedures. Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely cargo handling. What We are looking for: ✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in import air freight logistics ✅ Strong knowledge of Dutch/EU customs procedures ✅ Proficiency in MS Office and freight/logistics software ✅ Solution-oriented mindset, ability to handle pressure and multitask ✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills ✅ Fluent English (spoken & written) ✅ Availability for full-time work (40h/week) Please note: This is a position for candidates with prior air freight and customs experience.
