Your team You will be part of our General and Administration team, the operational backbone of the company. This close knit team includes Finance and HR, and you will work closely with both to make sure everything runs smoothly across all departments. Your mission You are responsible for the financial administration of all entities, including those in the UK and Germany. You will manage subscriptions and contracts, handle incoming invoices and ensure accurate accounting. You will proactively follow up on outstanding payments, answer financial questions from customers and support the team in improving financial processes. This is a key role in the heart of our operations, helping us grow in a structured and sustainable way. What you will do Take care of daily financial administration across multiple entities Process and verify incoming invoices Manage and update customer subscriptions and contracts Follow up on outstanding payments and handle customer financial questions Support month end closing processes Work on process improvements within the finance department What we offer We offer a place where your ideas and ownership make a real impact.
