What You’ll Do Respond promptly to customer service inquiries, including pre-sales consultations, after-sales support, and product warranty issues. Provide remote or on-site technical support to enhance customer satisfaction. Organize customer issues , collect and relay customer feedback, and maintain customer relationships. Support product testing and facilitate product bug optimization. Prepare and deliver standardized documentation , participate in building the knowledge base, and address real-world product issues. Provide product and technical training for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., functionality training, product demonstrations, enablement training), and offer remote support. You Are An individual with at least 1 year of experience in pre-sales or after-sales support. From a science or engineering background ; technical support or related industry experience is preferred. Proficient in local language (French preferred); fluency in English or other languages is a strong advantage. A clear logical thinker with excellent service, communication, and execution skills. Responsible and a team player , capable of handling unexpected issues. In possession of a valid driver's license and able to travel independently.
