Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Act as team lead on projects, providing coaching and guidance to team members. Consult effectively with customer management. Participate in business development activities.
