This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-driven professional with a passion for service, team development, and operational excellence. Working under the guidance of the Director of Restaurants, the Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in day-to-day operations, staff supervision, service training, and the creation of unique and memorable member experiences. Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to align service with menu vision and member preferences. Assist with recruiting, training, mentoring, scheduling, and evaluating front-of-house service staff. Ensure smooth opening and closing of outlet(s) each day, following standard operating procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and recognition to foster continued growth. Lead daily service pre-shift meetings and ensure consistent communication across all shifts. Oversee proper maintenance and functionality of POS systems and restaurant menus. Manage inventory and ordering of service-related products and supplies. Maintain accurate records including daily shift reports, staff attendance, and clock-in/out records. Maintain compliance with all Club policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Requirements 2 years of experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a private club, hotel, or fine dining setting Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service programs Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Saucon Valley Country Club believes in a diverse workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
