Minimum Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Nursing. Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent. Required certification(s): PRC License. Registered Nurse Above average communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Provide emergency medical care and treatment to associates including first aid, checking of vital signs and dispensing of medicines. Bring associates to hospital during emergency cases. Implement an immunization program. Maintain confidential individual health information and records. Disseminate health information through health bulletin, leaflets, posters, etc. Prepare and submit reports on medical cases, accident and medicine inventory. Preparation of the Annual Physical Examination and Random Drug Testing. Process and monitor Health Insurance (HMO) of associates. Assist company Doctor during clinic days. Assist in medical missions.
