We are looking for a IT Product Analyst to support and evolve our purchasing systems ecosystem, including SAP MM and other related applications. This role is ideal for someone proactive, customer-focused, and thriving in dynamic and agile environments. You will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure our purchasing tools meet operational needs and strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Support and enhance purchasing systems (SAP MM and other platforms such as e-procurement tools, vendor portals, etc.). Participate in agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as a member of the product team. Perform administrative tasks such as access management, data validation, and system monitoring. Assist in testing, training, and supporting the implementation of new features and updates. Investigate and resolve issues raised by users, ensuring effective and timely communication. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help identify automation and optimization opportunities. Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or systems support. Hands-on experience with SAP MM and at least one other purchasing-related application. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Skills: Solid understanding of purchasing processes and inventory control. Proficiency in SAP MM. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with business users. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (such as Jira, Confluence). Intermediate knowledge of Excel and data analysis. Desired Qualifications Experience with S/4HANA or cloud-based purchasing platforms (such as Ariba, Coupa). SAP MM certification. Basic knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, middleware).
