Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist with preparation and submission of finance and insurance applications. Ensure all required documents are accurately completed and submitted to banks and insurance companies. Track and follow up on finance approvals and customer documentation. Maintain up-to-date records of deals and transactions. Communicate effectively with customers regarding finance processes, documentation, and progress. Support the F&I Manager in promoting value-added products (e.g., warranties, service plans, insurance). Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines (FAIS, NCA, POPIA). Liaise with sales executives to coordinate timely deal closures. Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, data capturing, and preparing delivery packs. Maintain confidentiality of all client and dealership data. Requirements Education & Qualifications: Matric certificate (essential). NCA and FAIS accreditation or in the process of obtaining it (preferred). Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, or administration (advantageous). Experience: 12 years of experience in a motor dealership F&I environment or similar financial services role. Experience working with finance houses and insurance providers. Knowledge of dealership DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Signio). Skills & Attributes: Strong administrative and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Customer service orientation. Team player with a proactive approach. Working Conditions Full-time, on-site role in Pretoria. May include occasional overtime during peak periods or month-end. Must be able to handle high volumes of documentation and multitask efficiently.
