Site Manager

Our client is looking for a temporary Site Manager, preferably with Roofing experience for a 38 week project in Woking. There is the potential for this to be a 7 day a week project for elements or potentially all. The role itself will be project managing our works as Principal Contractor at a secure site (Data Centre). They are undertaking the project management of the spray application of a liquid waterproofing system and some plygene gutter works in addition to installation of some capping detail. They will also be overseeing the effective erection and dismantlement of a complex scaffold system and installation of PV panels and inspecting as to whether the installation has damaged the waterproofing material in anyway as it installed to ensure rectification as the job progresses. They may also be responsible for managing site permits etc. Required; 1. SMSTS Desirable 1. NEBOSH 2. Working at Heights 3. Asbestos Awareness 4. Telehandler licence - should there be a need to lift additional materials onto the roof
