Handyman

Job Overview My client is a leading provider in strip out services and they are looking for a Handyman/Multi Trader to assist the team with one of their contracts located in Andover. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that their facilities are well-maintained and functional. This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients while providing high-quality workmanship. Duties * Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the site. * Respond promptly to service requests from clients * Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are met. * Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to complete repairs accurately. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention or preventative maintenance. * Support onsite engineers when required Person Specification * Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and repair tasks. * Relevant commercial experience * Knowledge in Carpentry & Fabric duties (Multi Trade) * Experience in a similar role would be beneficial * MUST have own tools Please call me ASAP if this is of interest - (phone number removed) Starts Monday
