Music Teacher

A passionate and inspiring Music Teacher is required for a temporary part-time position at an Outstanding mixed school in Enfield, commencing as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to cultivate a love of music and develop the musical talents of students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (aged 11-16), contributing to the vibrant performing arts culture of the school. Responsibilities * You will plan and deliver engaging Music lessons, covering a range of musical styles, instruments, and theoretical concepts. * The role involves fostering students' creativity, performance skills, and appreciation for the diverse world of music. * You will contribute to the school's extra-curricular music programme, leading ensembles, choirs, or other musical groups. Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Music is essential. * Experience teaching engaging and effective Music lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable. * Strong musical performance skills and the ability to inspire students of all abilities are expected. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong classroom management, are vital.
