M & E Manager

Boden Group are currently recruiting for an M & E manager for an FM provider based in Essex. This role will be 50% site based and 50% office based in Hornchurch. The nature of this role will be to oversee the management and delivery across multiple sites across London and Essex, varying from hospitals, universities, schools & commercial buildings. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Mechanical / Electrical to oversee sites, have involvement in costings, surveying, pricing for jobs / ppm's / equipment / materials (budgets), be comfortable completing paperwork to ensure compliance is adhered to, manage contractors and be a general point of contact for technical escalations. A company car will be provided for this role. Hours - can be flexible (8 hours per day to be completed) This role is due to start as soon as possible, we can be flexible with the contract being offered - day rates available, temp to perm option / perm
