We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Electrician to join our Facilities Management (FM) team. This role will cover a portfolio of commercial properties across Slough, Wembley, Islington, North West London, and the M4/M25 corridors toward Reading and Oxford. This is a varied role that includes both electrical tasks and occasional general building maintenance duties, ideal for a well-rounded engineer with strong FM experience. Key Responsibilities: * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial properties * Fault finding, repairs, and electrical testing * Emergency lighting, small power, lighting systems, and distribution board work * Occasional support on fabric and general maintenance tasks * Maintaining compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations * Liaising with site teams, FM helpdesk, and clients Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (essential) * Experience working within the FM/building services industry * Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – desirable * Comfortable carrying out some non-electrical FM tasks as required * Full UK driving licence * Excellent fault-finding skills and customer service approach What We Offer: * Fixed salary of £42,000 per annum * 26 days holiday bank holidays * Company van and fuel card * Tools, uniform, phone, and training provided * Long-term contract stability within a respected national FM provider * Career growth opportunities across diverse commercial portfolios If you’re an experienced FM Electrician based along the M4/M25 corridor looking for a stable role with variety and long-term prospects, apply today
