Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Corporate HQ - Euston - Single Man Site - Up to £42,000 per annum OT Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Euston, London. CBW is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to work in a corporate office near Euston Station based on a single-man site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades and have experience working within a corporate office. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime and further training. Package & Working hours Up to £42,000 Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm 25 days holiday Bank holidays Further training Company pensionKey Duties & Responsibilities General fabric repairs Furniture moves porterage Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.Requirements Experience working within a corporate office Painting & Decorating qualification or background (Desirable) Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workloadIf you are interested please email your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions
