Sales Consultant – Luxury Property Developments Worcester | Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary Commission We are proud to be partnering with our client, a leading developer of luxury property developments designed for the over-60s market, to recruit two enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultants for their site in Worcester. Our client is known for creating contemporary, high-quality homes in some of the UK’s most desirable cathedral cities and market towns. These developments offer an independent lifestyle with access to exceptional communal facilities, stylish design, and a strong sense of community. As they embark on Phase 2 of their Worcester development—comprising 71 brand-new apartments—they are seeking Sales Consultants with experience in new homes sales or estate agency to join their growing team. ⭐ Key Responsibilities: * Be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and tenants, handling enquiries and hosting viewings. * Conduct engaging tours of communal areas and show apartments, representing the development to the highest standard. * Proactively manage leads via the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert interest into sales or rentals. * Take reservations and guide customers through the full sales process, including financial and legal steps. * Manage the sales progression process efficiently, liaising with all relevant stakeholders to meet key deadlines. * Ensure high standards of presentation across all customer-facing areas of the development. * Support internal and external marketing events to generate leads and promote brand awareness. * Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media, photography, and resident engagement for PR opportunities. * Monitor competitor activity and provide insights into the local market. * Adhere to Health & Safety procedures on-site and ensure all visitors follow necessary guidelines, particularly in construction zones. * Take ownership of projects assigned by the Sales Manager, delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales. ✅ What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in new homes sales or estate agency is essential. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Confident in managing the full sales journey, including negotiation and progression. * Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven. * Experience with Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes is an advantage. * Flexible to work alternate Saturdays. * A full UK driving licence is required.
