Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for understanding their needs, showing them how we can help, and guide them through the sales journey. Day-to-day you will identify and engage with prospective clients across the UK, lead discovery conversations and understand client challenges in L&D, DEI or productivity. Support with proposals, quotes and onboarding alongside their delivery team. And ultimately, help them meet their ambitious growth targets, without sacrificing quality or care. Your personality, experience and qualifications We are looking some who has experience working in the consultancy/HR space but also has knowledge of Learning and Development and DE&I from either working in or selling to these industries. You should be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships. This role suit some someone who has experience in a senior position recommending the right services and solutions based on customers needs. You should also have experience with workplace tools, platforms or coaching solutions. You should also be familiar with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) and keeping everything organised in the CRM. Apply now!
