Teaching Assistant

SEND Teaching Assistant - Northampton Monarch Education are an Education Recruitment Agency who specialise in placing Teachers and Teaching Assistants in their ideal roles. Monarch Education are currently working alongside Primary Schools in the Northamptonshire area to find A Teching Assistant with SEND experience to start with them in September. The candidate for this role will make sure that the pupils you support can engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity so that they can become independent learners. The ideal candidate for this role will hold / be confident in the following: Helping children with reading. Lunchtime supervision. Providing support on school trips. Supporting children with literacy and numeracy skills. Helping with classroom preparation. Working with children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Working closely with children with additional needs, special education needs or language needs. Working closely with children who are academically gifted. Accessibility: Easily accessible on Public Transport / Onsite Parking Your application will be subject to an enhanced DBS and two references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working an Education Setting.
