️ Site Manager – Residential Refurbishment Project Type: High-End Residential Refurbishment Start Date: Early July 2025 Duration: Long-Term We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a high-quality residential refurbishment project in London, starting early July. This is a long-term role on a live site requiring excellent coordination and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of all site activities and subcontractors * Maintaining programme and ensuring quality standards are met * Ensuring strict health & safety compliance and site documentation * Coordinating with project managers, architects, and clients * Leading site meetings and reporting progress ✅ Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Proven experience managing residential refurbishment projects * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage trades and ensure high-end finish This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
