Requirements for the caretaking role: Complying with safeguarding regulations and health and safety guidelines. Performing basic, semi-skilled repairs as needed. Overseeing routine upkeep of school facilities, including managing the opening and closing of the building. Carrying out cleaning tasks when necessary.
