Hybrid Business Development Manager Location: Field-based (ideal home base: Oxfordshire) Start Date: ASAP Salary: Up to £30,000 Commission Company Car Join a leading distributor of award-winning beauty and nail care products in a dynamic hybrid role combining sales, customer training, and event support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Grow and manage customer accounts across the region 2. Conduct product demonstrations and training 3. Attend events and support in-store activations 4. Work independently with admin from home and occasional office visits (Sevenoaks) Ideal Candidate: 1. Strong experience in pharmacy/retail 2. Excellent planning, customer service, and time management skills 3. Confident in training and merchandising 4. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail Territory Includes: Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas. Benefits: 1.
