Cover Supervisor – Partner Secondary School – Northamptonshire Location: Northamptonshire Hours: 32 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year) Contract: Permanent | Start Date: September 2025 Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a successful and high-performing secondary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive environment where students consistently achieve outcomes above the national average. The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure that students remain on task and engaged with their learning. When not covering lessons, you may also support teachers with general classroom duties.
