Realistic OTE of £70k in your first year, £100k in your second year and growing thereafter Competitive commission splits - 80% Gross Establish yourself in a large regional area with the ability to progress and build a team in the future Leads can be provided once you have established yourself Admin packages available through the network In house supervision & support Key responsibilities for this Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or re-mortgage properties Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer service expectations. Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times Skills and experience for this Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor role Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected CeMAP or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2-years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
