Shot Blaster/Powder Coater

We are currently looking for a Shot Blaster/Powder Coater for an established business based in Newton Aycliffe. The Shot blaster/Powder coater will receive a rate of pay between £12.21 and £13.09 depending on experience. The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8am - 6:15pm, off on Fridays! This role is Temporary with a view to go permanent for the right Candidate. Key Responsibilities of the Shot blaster/ Powder coater: * Operating Shot Blasting Equipment * Surface Preparation: Preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or other finishing processes. * Equipment Maintenance * Quality Control * Material Handling * Line Loading * Masking Parts * General Factory duties * Following Safety Procedures Skills and Qualifications: * Proficient in operating shot blasting equipment * Ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and meet quality standards. * Understanding and following safety procedures * Ability to work effectively with other team members and on your own.
