They are seeking an experienced FM Project Manager, to work across the West Midlands. In this role, you'll be overseeing refurbishments, new installations and minor projects ranging from values of £25k-1m. This will include management of all site staff, project planning, tendering from inception to completion, and managing/controlling all project resources.
