Mortgage Advisor

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients based in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity with numerous leads and the opportunity to write 10 Mortgages a month. The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered: Basic Salary £30,000 Strong Tiered Commission structure at 20% OTE £65,000 - £70,000 Career Progression Working hours: Full Time Monday – Friday Mortgage Advisor requirements: Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups. Full CeMAP qualifications and industry experience Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor: Ability to convert leads into appointments and sign-ups. Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers Writing Mortgage business Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
